Iotti Hydraulic India Private Limited is the Indian arm of Iotti Giovanni SRL of Italy, which has a rich and proven experience of nearly Six decades, dealing with the design and production of hydraulic cylinders for different industrial applications and branches. The company can offer its customers the best technological and qualitative solutions, thanks to the precision of its manufactured cylinders. In these decades, we have built up an enviable reputation and are known for our product perfection.

The company, which has currently a predominant leading role in the production and sales of Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic Power Packs and Actuators in the European market, was founded by Giovanni Iotti in 1963. Since then the company has been growing steadily and the manufacturing of cylinders has progressively succeeded as a core business.

The company began the production of massive hydraulic cylinders and it got more and more experienced in productive sectors such as the heavy materials handling (truck cranes) or waste balers.
Iotti has been operating in the large-scale production of big dimension hydraulic pistons since the 90s, and is a major supplier of long stroke Dam Gate Cylinders up to 200 meters all over the world. The company has been targeting different production segments: hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic power packs, bending pressing machines, trucks, port cranes, hydraulic power-assisted steering.

Not just content with experience, the company has been moving with the times, incorporating best quality practices which have earned the company an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification. It also boasts of a modern organized structure thanks to a modern factory, which is operating with production workshops and technologically advanced machinery.

Expertise:

The company designs and manufactures routine power packs to complicated test rigs that conform to strict tolerances. We manufacture both Single and Double-acting Cylinders with pressure levels ranging from 100 to 500 BAR and bores from 25mm to 1000mm, with stroke lengths up to 20 meters.

Our Hydraulic Power Packs are manufactured with well-known, reputed branded hydraulic components and standard fittings, the products are treated for corrosion protection with phosphate, enamel painting, powder coating, polyurethane painting etc., in strict accordance with specifications to enhance product durability and finish. The company provides innovative solutions with modern manufacturing facilities with latest technologies like servo expansion and servo controlled reciprocation, which promise excellent surface finishes.

Iotti is also known for its specialized surface coatings according to the environment the Hydraulic Cylinders operate in, especially highly corrosive marine products. We finish cylinders with double crossed chrome plating, inox, ceramic coatings, tungsten carbide coating, chrome carbide coating and other anti-corrosion processes and coatings.
